Ourika valley

The Ourika Valley is a valley in the Moroccan High Atlas along the Ourika River. It is situated around 30 km from Marrakech. In spite of its nearness to Marrakech, it is viewed as a generally all around safeguarded valley because of its inclination and conventional lifestyle in the mountains. The valley is especially great from February to April, when the almond and cherry ranches are in blossom and the wildflowers develop all over.
